Sales Representative
We are looking for an experienced sales representative for Eagle.One who can handle consultative sales of technical solutions in both government and commercial sectors. If you can listen to customers, quickly navigate a technical product, and aren’t afraid of complex negotiations with clients in the security, defense or infrastructure industries – we have a place for you on our game-changing team.
What will be your job
You will be selling technology developed by experts in the field – a system that belongs to the world class. Every sale will be a challenge, but also an opportunity to show what you’ve got.
Active search for new customers in Czech Republic and abroad (state sector, army, companies).
Conducting business negotiations, presenting solutions, preparing offers.
Close cooperation with technical and development team in designing customized solutions.
Building long-term relationships and supporting customers throughout the business phase.
Contributing to the company’s business strategy and expansion into new markets.
What we require
Experience selling technical or high-tech solutions in B2B / government.
Ability to quickly understand a technical product and its benefits.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Results-oriented with ability to build long-term relationships.
Experience with longer sales cycle and consultative selling.
Proactive prospecting for new business opportunities (lead generation).
Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical and marketing teams.
English at an advanced level (for business meetings).
Willingness to travel to clients in Czech Republic and abroad.
What would be awesome
These qualities or experiences would be a great advantage and make you an even stronger candidate, but they are not essential for the role.
Experience in security, defence, IT security or aerospace.
Overview of customer segments such as military, security forces, infrastructure.
Knowledge of CRM systems.
