EAGLE.ONE Deployed in Germany

19. 9. 2025

We are proud to announce that EAGLE.ONE has been deployed and validated at DLR Airport in Germany, marking another important milestone in our mission to protect sensitive airspaces from unauthorized drones.

Why This Matters

Airports face a growing challenge from unauthorized drones that can disrupt operations, cause flight delays, or even endanger safety. By integrating our autonomous drone interception system in a real airport environment, we’ve demonstrated that EAGLE.ONE is ready to deliver reliable, real-world protection where it matters most.

What makes this deployment especially significant is that DLR Airport in Magdeburg-Cochstedt is not a conventional airport. Operated by the German Aerospace Center (DLR), it serves as Germany’s National Experimental Test Center for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) — a unique “real-life laboratory” where new technologies are evaluated under real conditions. As one of Europe’s most important hubs for drone research and U-space development, DLR Airport provides the perfect proving ground for validating cutting-edge solutions like EAGLE.ONE.

The Deployment and Evaluation

During the project, our team worked closely with DLR and local partners to deploy EAGLE.ONE for a series of evaluation scenarios, including:

  • Detection of unauthorized drones entering restricted airspace
  • Autonomous interception and safe capture
  • Performance under real operational conditions, including response time and accuracy

The tests confirmed EAGLE.ONE’s ability to operate effectively in complex and sensitive airport environments, demonstrating its readiness for future deployments and operational use.

A Step Forward for Safer Skies

By deploying and validating EAGLE.ONE at Germany’s national UAS test center, we have demonstrated that our technology is not only operational but also ready for the challenges of tomorrow’s airspace. This project underscores how autonomous interception systems can play a vital role in ensuring the safe coexistence of manned and unmanned aircraft.

We would like to thank our partners at DLR for their support, collaboration, and trust throughout this project. Together, we’ve shown that innovation and teamwork can push the boundaries of what’s possible in airspace security.

Looking ahead, we will continue refining and expanding EAGLE.ONE deployments across Europe and beyond, helping airports, critical infrastructure, and defense organizations protect their operations from evolving drone threats.
